TWO-STORY BRICK MUNICIPAL BUILDING WITH THREE CENTRAL ARCHED ENTRANCES ALL WITH DOUBLE SLAB DOORS; FLANKED BY THREE SINGLE WINDOWS ON EACH SIDE; MATCHING WINGS ON BOTH THE NORTH & SOUTH, THE SOUTH WING HAS SINGLE WINDOWS ON THE UPPER AND LOWER LEVELS WITH PILASTERS BETWEEN. NORTH ELEVATION HAS TWO SINGLE ENTRIES WITH ARCHES THEN TWO SINGLE WINDOWS ON FIRST LEVEL UPPER STORY HAS THREE SINGLE WINDOWS ALL WITH PILASTERS BETWEEN. DECORATIVE CAPS ON THE PILASTERS AND COURSE WORK. |
